Furthermore featured in this new photograph release seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up plans to develop the sprawling island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, noted on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is marked up in notations in red and includes a notes section labelling different parts of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, such as designs for marina coverings.
